Okay I will share you the full game of GTA San Andreas and be able to play our server.

First
Download the torrent file GTA San Andreas
Download the Game to Play Download
Optional If you dont have a torrent downloader you can download it here. (just choose one)

BitTorrent uTorrent
Download the Game to Play Download Download the Game to Play Download

Second
After Downloading the full game, mount the image file to DAEMON. if you dont have a Daemon tool you can download it here.

Daemon Tools
Download the Game to Play Download
After you mount the image. Install. the paste the crack to your GTA San Andreas Directory. Then you have now Gta San Andreas.

Third
Now that you have your GTA San Andreas Offline game. you need to download SA-MP in order to play online.

SA-MP Client
Download the Game to Play Download

After you Install the Client. Look at the Guide on how to add our IP Address on your Client to Play the Game.
