after james and i tested a little all the registers to the cars is gone
exempel i can drive victor cars but james cant we both can drive nicks car and so on we can also drive:
news van
fire truck
ambulances
tow trucks
etc
do not take other people cars lets try to keep order

You have the rights to use ANYCAR you want! Even if its owned, even if its faction car, hotwiring is a RP, and you can always Roleplay

Well you could say that, but we have a system like locking plus you cant even drive a faction car lol, so we can RP hotwires and stuff. Maybe if we have a hotwiring system like you hvae to buy a hotwiring kit in the 24-7, you could try unlocking a locked car and hotwire it.

Also, we can add Alarm when hotwiring a car so cops can know
