emergency vehicle lights and siren

the lights on emergency vehicles are hard to see at day time can we add so the flash as they do in night all the time...
it was made so in another server i where in before the "night" lights can bee seen below
this is how the lights look like in the night...please make them flash like this all the time , its easyer to see....
and one more thing:
can we add so when an car with siren is getting near you your map starts flashing red and blue so its easyer to see if we are comming...lot of people dont notice us before we are 2 feet apart of them
