the health bar stands also when you are hungry or not.. when you are RPing or doing something, the red bar will decrease, it means you are hungry, if you dont eat you will die, and if you are on the fight, the red bar will be indicates when you are close to death or not, so if you shot, you will be die, so you need to call a medic to heal ur self, eating while on a fight is not a RP. ^_^

However, I didn't any health degeneration. And food spots are closed.
