If this has been said already, sorry, i havent read through other peoples threads yet..
my suggestion is that when someone buys a mask, they have a special I.D so when they talk it is like this 'Stranger[78] says: im gnna kill u mfa fker' So this way, a player can /report Stranger id 78 is non rp. and the Admins can do a command to see name of stranger 78
THe id, i think would be generated on each log in. So there is a random number of like, 0-200 or 0-1000 e.t.c. (on log in) and this would change for next log in...

Yes, it's very nice. Admins realy dont need this becouse they have a command with you can see all masked players. But thos who arnt admins cant. So yea, i think this is nice
