duck is speaking or what?

i heard the duck speeach when i was playing on the server maybe its a virus or can the duck talk i heard spannish,russian and english..
next time it comes i decided to record it and film it
its speaking about
cheats decteded and stabilisation of ping
and some thign about nova prospect
it is the duck or what its kind of scary

it was my PC motherboard giving out warning of over heating a fan had stopped so it said this in russian spannish and english 
so it was not the duck
