Reason: It's perfect for Mafia And Syndicate types of Faction, Cool and Huge Buildings, But as for Gangs, I dunno, Maybe they could find a hang-out place there, but just not walk in the streets, cuz LV is not the place for gangs, Crime Families will pwn ye' guys, Anyways, I just voted for this city because it's really cool for me.
