You Choose How they Die - $ 12,000

Interrogation -
If They Talk - $ 5,000
If They Wont - You get to choose Death - $ 5,000

Kidnap -
Kidnap Them leave them in the Desert - $ 5,000
Kidnap and Kill Them - $ 6,000
