I suggest we should use this at WOPD

I have this rules of how become part of PD if you guys like it you can put it at Police Department section.

Official WOPD Guide

To become an WO-SAPD officer you must learn the following subjects.


Situation: You stop an average vehicle, to check the driver's license


1) You stop behind or infront of the pulled over vehicle.
2) You must report your status on radio [traffic stop at "place", code "number"] .
3) You walk next to the vehicle, dont ask the civilian to leave his car, unless you think
he might be dangerous.
4) You greet him, depending on what the time is, then you start the checks.
-Ask him to stop his engine / your own safety, if he tries to getaway, he must turn on
his engine
-Then you ask for his license
If he has no license, you must inform him where and from whom he can get license
-Once you have checked his license, and ONLY if you think he is suspicious, you can continue the
check with a body search.

#Searching Clothes:Ask the civilian to empty his pockets, and put everything on the PD
car's bonet. The civilian must empty their pockets for your own safety,
incase they have any sharp objects/weapons.
Order the civilian to face to the PD car, or to his own car or to a wall.
Then order him to put his hands in the air, or to the car's roof. [/handsup]
[because we dont have /frisk command yet, ask the player, if should you find
anything illegal on him.]
When you finished the searching, ask him to put his hands down.

-If you still think he is suspicious, you can continue the checks with vehicle searching.

#Vehicle Seraching: Start the vehicle seraching with looking into the boot, usually, citizens
hide their illgeal substances/objects there. So ask the citizen to open the boot.
Then you can continue with checking the car inside. When you do that, ask
the civilian to stand next to you, so he can't say later on, that you placed the incriminating
object/s there if you find something.

-When you finished the routine checking, say good bye and he can go.

2. Pursuit

Situation: When you try to pull over a vehicle, and the citizen refuses to stop.

1) You must report your status on radio (im in pursuit at [place], vehicle is a [vehicle type], code [number])
2) You have to force the vehicle to stop. You can make him pull over with ramming his vehicle, or asking
to set up road blocks.
3) Drive by if:
*The suspect's vehicle is much faster then the police cars
*The suspect is dangerous to the public with his driving.
*The suspect is reached the highest wanted level. (cop killing)

Please note: Only the lead unit in a pursuit should update the pursuits location / situation. If you are the lead unit and get taken over by another unit stop transmitting and let the lead unit transmit. Otherwise the radio will get too confusing with unnecessary reports.

3. Shots Fired

Situation: Somebody opened fire at the officer

1) In this situation return fire immediately, for self-defence reasons.
2) When you are in cover, and you have time, report your status on radio (shots fired code 30 at [place])
/ in this situation the nearest officers must give backup immediately /
3) If the suspect is heavily armed, try to find cover behind your car or somewhere, and wait for the back
up force to arrive.


4. Making Arrest

Situation: The suspect gave up, and his hands in the air

1) Go behind the suspect, and put cuffs on his hands
2) Tell him, you are under arrest and tell the reason.
3) Report your status on radio
4) If the suspect complains (abused/self-defence) read up the miranda rights, then take him
to the PD but do NOT jail him, try to investigate what actually happened.
5)Put the suspect inside the Police car (or other transporting vehicle) , make him/her to sit on the
back passanger seat, right side. An other officer must sit next to the suspect behind the driver,
so we can avoid the attacks against the car driver.

5. Jailing Process

Situation: The suspect is cuffed and arrested, inside the police station


1) Take the suspect to the checking room.
[A room where you can check the suspect's clothes safety]

2) Do clothes searching.
[try to find official papers at him/her to find identity - passport, license]

3) If you found weapons, drugs or other evidences..
take them away and lock it to the safe at the main desk. [just rp]
If you found passport or license, hold it at yourself.

(If the suspect is carrying weed or heroin in inventory, ask the suspect to give it to you and later contact to
a chief and give it to him.)

4) Take the suspect to questioning. [any room]
[try to find out who is he/she, why was he/she suspected, why did he/she comited crime..]

5) Read up the Miranda rights, and start the questioning of the suspect.
After that, youv been made sure the crime is vaild, take the suspect to the cells.

Note: The jailing process can NOT be skipped, except if theres no enough units on the streets,
and the crime rate is high in the state.



3. Police radio usage/codes

When you go on duty, after you set the correct channel on your radio, you have to
report the 10-8 [on service] .

form:
[rank] [name/surname], unit [number], 10-8

example:
Chief Rafferty, unit 15, 10-8.

After that you can chose how you do the patroling.

City Patrol with car, or on foot. [LS,LV,SF]
Highway patrol. [Country side/freeways]

(always wear the correct uniform to your patrol)

When you start patroling, you have to report yourself in with your partners.
The point of the reporting in before start patrol, to let know the senior team,
the dispatchers, and the other units... who is patroling together [in the same car].

form:
[Driver's unit no.]And[Operator's unit no.]Back seat[Additional unit's no.]

example:
15A21B2 reporting in.

After that if you patroling with car, you have to report car number and sitrep.
Sitrep - where are you, what are you doing.

The car number stands from the Driver's and from the Operator's number.
Later on while patroling, you dont have to report the addtional unit,
only the car number.

Operator - officer on the front passanger seat, using the megaphone, radio and checking
the Mobil Data Computer (mdc - tab, /search, map) frequently.


I will give an example when you going to patrol..

Example: U15A21 on patrol at LS, Currently Idlewood.
Lets say there are 3 people in the car and you are going to patrol you say
U15A21B20 on patrol at LS,Currently Commerce. So when there is more than 2 people in car you use the alphabet Like A,B,C, that is it including your IP. Hope you guys like it ^^.

No, You still can use the /r while your driving I do that, LoL. But I hope you guys like it. I'm trying my best to make this server batter and batter.
