I was think about this if we can add a board called "On Leave". This Board will be only for the people who are going to leave, temparay/permanent leave. This will be batter than posting at other section saying "I'm leaving...." Hope you like this IDEA this time

Well, it will be only one Board, and you can post new Threads. But in General Discussion, it will be kinda confusing
