Donaters Features

Ok i created some donaters features in game

Donaters level 1

they can use /dh or /donaterhelp(see the donaters help)
/dc(donaters chat)
/changephnum(change your phone number)

Donaters level 2

they can use /changename(change your name)
/changepass(change their pass)
/gethelp(a special donters command like 'can you give me level 3..., and the admin may 80% accept it[do not abuse of it])
/dreport(a special donters report and the admins may 80% accept it too)


Donaters level 3

they can buy some nice cars(like Bullet and Turismo)
/signature(they can make a signature and it show for others when he talk in the Global/Local OOC)
/chsig(change the signature)
/removesig(remove the signature)
