IT crashes when its loading. Where you Press 'Connect' to server, then black screen comes up with few pictures and says ' Grand Theft Auto San Andreas Multiplayer' then it starts loading, that where it crashes.

You need to update your s0beit.... hahaha j/k
I guess you have already tried a fresh install, try to find some BT software (Bug-tracking) if you think its neccesssary, I suggest "Mantis" BT softw.
If all else fails.... ask alex... hahaha
